Tart Press

This is a picture of what I called a tart press in my last post but what I discovered is called a tart tamper. I got mine from Regal but they are available at most kitchen supply stores, Ebay, Amazon, Pampered Chef etc. They are so handy! It saves so much work. I used to dread making tart shells but now it is so easy. Well worth every cent.
