Hmmmm, I wonder what the mayo does to it...make it moist?

I pretty much FRY my cornbread...ba haaa.

I put oil in my pan and heat it in a 400 degree oven...then pour the mixture into it and bake at 400. VERY CRISPY....VERY GOOD.

Now, on the salsa....this is where we differ.....I scared to death to try to make it.....I'm afraid I will rub my eye...pick my nose...tee hee...and be burning the rest of the day. Plus, I don't know if I could find a good recipe.....

Mmmm....I'll have to find a way to get to your place for some corn bread!

Believe me I have rubbed my eye more than once - boy do you ever regret it when you do that! Those jalapenos are wicked and it doesn't matter how often or with how much soap you wash your hands it won't come off for a bit!
